Q. I am not a camper and do not want to camp. Can I attend?
A. Absolutely. Admission is $4 per person. Access to camping areas is restricted to those camping. All other areas are open to all attending.
Q. Are we allowed to build our own individual camp fire?
A. At the present time, no individual camp fires are authorized. Only the main bonfire is authorized. This Park regulation may change. Please continue to review this page for updates.
Q. May we bring our own cooler with food?
A. It is expected that campers will bring a cooler which will include food and drinks. You are not required to purchase the meals.
Q. Are we allowed to bring alcohol?
A. The Goshen Gallop Camp Out is a family event. Park regulations do not allow alcohol.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. No. This event includes horse activities. Strange animals mixed with horses could have disastrous consequences. The "No Pets" rule will be strictly enforced.
Q. What time can I begin setting up my camp site?
A. Prior to 3:00pm, you may drop off your camping gear and carry to your camp site. After 3:00pm, no cars will be allowed to drop off gear. It will be necessary to park in the High School parking lot and be transported by wagon to your camp site.
Q. If I am already a member of the Goshen Horse -Thief Detectives, can I still take advantage of the 15% discount for on-line advanced purchasing?
